Most cleaning company “about” pages are a list of adjectives. Trusted. Reliable. Passionate. Leading. None of it is checkable, all of it is free to write, and every competitor has written the same thing. So this page is going to do something less comfortable and more useful: state the small number of things about Clean Best that are actually true and verifiable, and be explicit about the things we are deliberately not claiming.

We are not local to Oran Park, and here is why we say so

The depot is at 54 Columbia Rd, Seven Hills. Seven Hills is not near Oran Park, it is not in the Camden council area, and it is not a neighbouring suburb. There is no drive time on this website and no distance, because nobody here has measured one and a made-up number is worse than no number.

Every contractor quoting your Oran Park site will describe itself as local to the south-west. Ask each of them where the vans are actually parked. There is an unresolved question about the date, and until it is settled, publishing a founding year here would mean publishing something we are not certain is true. A date is a checkable fact. Getting a checkable fact wrong is worse than omitting it, and it is exactly the kind of thing a careful procurement officer looks up.

What we are deliberately not claiming

There is no star rating anywhere on this website. There is no review count. There is no client count, no site count, no “thousands of happy customers”. There are no testimonials, because we do not have real ones with the consent of the people who gave them, and writing fictional ones is misleading conduct under Australian Consumer Law and a straightforward way to get a website penalised. There are no awards, because we have not won any.

It would take twenty minutes to add all of that and this page would read more like a competitor’s. It would also be a lie, and the first person who tried to verify any of it would find nothing. When there are real Google reviews they will live on the Google Business Profile, where Google reads them directly and where we cannot edit them — which is precisely what makes them worth something.

What we will actually tell you

If your current cleaner is doing a good job, we will say so and leave you alone. If the frequency you are considering is not enough for the site, we will tell you before you sign rather than after you are disappointed. If the carpet is worn rather than dirty, we will tell you that cleaning will not fix it. If a bond clean is going to fail because of damage rather than dirt, you will hear it from us before the inspection. If a job is outside what we do well, we will say so instead of taking it.

None of that is a marketing position. It is just cheaper, for everyone, than the alternative.

How the work is actually run

One named, police-checked cleaner per site, kept on that site. A named supervisor above them with a mobile number, who walks the premises monthly against the written scope and sends you what they found, including the misses.
